Is this just VR with a fancy name?
Not even close. Traditional VR puts you in a headset and cuts you off from the world entirely — you’re isolated, stationary, and staring at a screen. Venture Realm uses Enterverse™ Mixed Reality, which layers living dinosaurs directly onto the real outdoor world around you. You can see your surroundings, move freely, and experience everything alongside the people you came with. No black box. No disconnection. Just the Jurassic, right where you’re standing.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
Fully outdoors. Venture Realm is Gatlinburg’s first large-scale outdoor mixed reality experience — set against the real Tennessee landscape. Fresh air, open space, and dinosaurs. No dark rooms, no enclosed booths.
Will I get motion sickness?
No. Motion sickness in traditional VR happens because your eyes and body send conflicting signals to your brain — you’re seeing movement but not feeling it. Because Venture Realm is built on mixed reality, you’re always grounded in the real world around you. Your body knows exactly where it is. The result is a comfortable, discomfort-free experience designed for all ages.
Can I do this with friends and family?
Absolutely — and it’s better with company. Each session accommodates up to 10 players who share the same living, breathing world together. You’ll see the same dinosaurs, explore the same space, and experience it all at the same time. Just keep in mind that all guests must be 13 or older to participate due to Apple Vision Pro hardware restrictions.
What age is it appropriate for?
Venture Realm is designed for guests ages 13 and up. Apple Vision Pro hardware does not support use by anyone under 13, so unfortunately younger children are not able to participate. For teens and adults of all ages, the experience is built for comfort — no motion sickness, no physical strain, and no prior tech experience needed.
How long is each session?
Each session runs approximately 20–25 minutes. That’s enough time to fully explore the experience without feeling rushed — but trust us, it goes fast. Pre-booking your slot is the best way to guarantee your time and skip the queue.
